As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Check the Shipping tab under your purchased product for accurate lead times. In the rare case that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for processing and shipment.
All Everpanel products are shipped on a pallet via freight. This includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery does NOT include transporting the panels onto your premise, up your driveway or to your door.
1-2 days before your order is scheduled to be delivered, the shipping company will call you to give a delivery date and an estimated delivery time. The day of the delivery, they'll call you when they have arrived. You must be at the delivery address when the shipment arrives to receive it.
They will lower the pallet to the ground at the entrance to your property, and you'll be responsible for carrying the panels inside your space and disposing of any packaging materials and the pallet(s). The heaviest panel (4'x4') is only 34lbs, so this should only take a few minutes, but we recommend having a second person there to help you, as the delivery person is not responsible for carrying/lifting any of the panels into your space.
Wallpaper products and other accessories are shipped via ground parcel mail.
Check the Shipping tab under your purchased product for accurate lead times. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a damage claim on your behalf, either replacing the damaged parts or processing a refund.
Photos of damages must be submitted within 48 hours of the order being delivered, otherwise a replacement or a refund may not be possible.
