Risk-Free Returns

We offer 14 Day Risk-Free Returns on our products because we know you’ll love them just as much as we do. However, returns are never fun for either party, so we strongly encourage you to take a few quick steps to make sure you get the right product to suit your needs.

Before You Buy

1. Measure your ceiling height

  • Leave a minimum of 2 inches between the ceiling and the top of your wall. For example, if your ceiling height is 8’, don’t order our 8’ walls as you will not be able to install it comfortably. Instead, order a wall that is 7’ in height.

2. Check your floor for dips and bulges

  • Uneven flooring can impact the installation of your product.
  • Please use a straight object, such as a broomstick, 2x4, or a level to check that your floor is straight and free from dips and/or buckling.

3. Measure your space

  • Size matters! Ensure you’re getting the right size wall to suit your needs. If you have any questions, contact us by live chat, phone or email.

DIYversify 14 Day Risk-Free Returns

If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, DIYversify will offer you a free 14 Day Risk-Free Return under the following conditions.

Your refund will include the entire price of your purchase, including shipping costs. 

The 14 Day Return period begins once the customer has signed the delivery papers and the courier has confirmed the order as “delivered”. We will always call you to make sure everything went smoothly and answer any questions you may have.

Each customer is eligible for one (1) 14 Day Risk-Free Return for their first order placed on DIYversify.com. 

If you are not certain that your order qualifies for a DIYversify 14 Day Risk-Free Return, contact us and we will determine your order’s eligibility.

Once a customer has made a return within their 14 Day Return period, they are not eligible for another trial from DIYversify. The 14 Day Risk-Free Return is non-transferable and any returns require proof of purchase.

Any orders placed using the same credit card, PayPal account, email address, billing address or shipping address will be considered as being placed by the same customer.

In order to return your order, the product must be packaged and prepared for pickup in the same way it was delivered. Meaning, if your product is delivered on a pallet at the edge of your property, it must be ready on a pallet at the edge of your property when your pickup is scheduled.

Damages

Orders must be inspected upon delivery and prior to signing of the shipping confirmation. Damages incurred during shipping must be reported on the delivery report, so they can be charged directly to the courier for damage claims. 

Photos of the product must be submitted before the return can be processed. Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return. Additionally, all returned products must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage.

Refunds

Once a return is requested and the required information has been provided for a product return, DIYversify will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The shipping label is valid for two (2) weeks after being requested and must be shipped before that time in order to be eligible for a return and refund.

Once your item has been received, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 5 business days after we have received your item. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days.

If you’ve selected our Sezzle or Affirm financing option, your return might be subject to longer processing times. It may take up to 15 business days after we’ve received your returned item to fully process your refund.

The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within the 14 Day Return period. In the event of a return, the pickup address must be the same as the delivery address.

We may modify these terms at any time

You agree that DIYversify may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of its website and resources for any reason, including, without limitations, breach of this User Agreement. This includes that there may be change these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know by email or posting a notice on the site before the changes go into effect. The notice will designate a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after which the new terms will go into effect for all users.

Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with DIYversify, including any account or login information.
