Wall Panels

Your kit includes our signature wall panels that are 3 inches thick, and made of Moisture and Impact Resistant Fibreglass. The largest panel we ship is 4'x4', which keeps shipping costs to a minimum. The panels are easily assembled at home and snap together using lug connectors for a stable and secure fit.

Framed Accordion Door

The EverPanel accordion door is 36" wide by 96" tall and consists of a specialized Lintel piece that includes a track for the accordion door. Simply slot the folding door into the track and install between two EverPanel walls by sliding the door’s lintel over two connector lugs placed into the two wall panels. Each door includes two thresholds, a double sided handle and and integrated magnet to hold the door in position when closed.

Wall Mounting Brackets

The L-Shaped Wall Bracket makes it easy to mount any Everpanel Wall Kit to existing walls to provide additional structural support. This reduces the cost of the kit, as it weighs less for shipping and requires fewer panels. Screw the L-Shaped profile to the fixed wall, nest the panel inside the L, and screw the channel to the panel. We recommend utilizing this mounting method when a freestanding wall is not needed, as it can reduce the cost of your Wall Kit by eliminating the need for anchor panels.

Lug Connectors

Your kit includes two-way panel lug connectors, which snap into each panel and make for an ultra-secure two way connection. All kits include 50 lug connectors, more than enough for two per foot of panel.

Finishing Caps

Finishing caps are used to close off any exposed connector holes, giving the exterior of your wall a clean, finished look! Your kit includes enough caps to seal off the entire perimeter of your wall. For walls above 6'6" in height, finishing caps for the top are not included. Extra finishing caps can be added from our 'accessories' page.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and will arrive within 10-12 business days. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking info that can be tracked directly from our site.

1-2 days prior to your delivery, the courier will call you to schedule a time for delivery. You must be home when your delivery is scheduled.

When the courier arrives, they will meet you at the curb of your building or driveway, and lower the pallet to the ground. Then you can easily transport the wall panels into your home. If you have an extra pair of hands to help, this will only take a couple of minutes.

What do I need to assemble my Room Kit?

For assembly, you'll need a drill to attach the wall bracket to your existing wall, and a screwdriver to attach your accordion door to the panels. No other tools required!

How are the kits shipped?

To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, the kits are shipped on 48"x40" pallets. When your order is on the way, the courier will call you before your delivery and schedule a 2-4 hour window where you'll be home and able to receive the order. When they arrive, they'll lower the kit to the ground in front of your driveway, (curbside) where you can begin bringing the panels inside your home.

I'm renting. Am I allowed to install a Room Kit in my home?

It depends. Different states have different regulations for certain modifications and additions to a home. Some states permit partition walls if they are a certain distance from the ceiling, however every state is different. We recommend contacting your local bylaw office and/or landlord association.

Why are the kits expensive?

While the initial price may seem high, our wall kits are actually comparable or even less than the cost to hire a contractor to build a new room in your home. Plus, they're only semi-permanent, meaning you can disassemble, move, reuse, or even resell the kit if you ever change your mind! Our wall kits are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, which ensures top quality but does result in higher costs. They are made of industrial-grade Moisture and Impact Resistant Fibreglass Reinforced Panels (FRP), bonded to a fire retardant ABS skeleton, incorporating additives for smoke reduction, fire retardancy and additional durability.

Why not just build a regular frame wall?

For those who have tools, carpentry expertise, and are ready to make permanent alterations to their home, this may be a better option. However, if you don't have carpentry experience, having a wall built professionally can cost anywhere between $1,100-$4,000, depending on location. In addition, there are often required building permits, cleanup costs and demolition costs if you ever change your mind. If you would rather a modular wall that can be disassembled, repurposed, moved and taken with you, our Wall and Room Kits are the perfect solution!

How It Works

The Panel

Each panel consists of two rigid fibreglass composite panels, adhered to a unique interior frame system, forming a lightweight, yet structural wall panel. The panels provide not only strength and durability, but are fire retardant and sound dampening as well.

Panel Connectors

Interpanel Connectors allow you to attach panels at the top and bottom of each frame, making for an ultra-secure fit.

Vertical Stacking

Our patented Lug Connectors make vertical stacking of panels easy, safe, and secure. Simply push connectors into place and attach panels vertically.

Accordion Doors

The accordion door includes a lintel, handle, and a snap channel to latch the door into a closed position. Installation requires a screwdriver.

Finish the Look

Finishing Caps snap into receiver holes located on all sides of each panel, sealing off the hole and providing a sleek and finished look.

Mounting to Existing Walls

Screw the Wall Mounting Bracket to the fixed wall, nest the panel inside the L, and screw the channel to the panel. We recommend utilizing this mounting method when possible (i.e. when a freestanding wall is not necessary).
